Rules MUST always be followed or banning may be necessary.
Signatures: Less than 201 pixels tall.
Bumping: 1 Bump each 24 hours
Games: Must have download link, and must contain no viruses whatsoever. If it has a virus, your IP will be banned immediately.
If something is not on this list, I still have the right to ban your account. I'm not too strict about these rules, but if they are not followed and it is extremely bad, you will be banned.
